Dr. Suzie Robertson, Pharm.D. is a distinguished Clinical Pharmacist and accomplished Business Developer with over 15 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
Dr. Robertson earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and her Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She further honed her expertise by completing a residency at Rady Children’s specializing in pediatrics and medication safety, solidifying her focus on improving outcomes in the most vulnerable population. Her career spans diverse settings, including hospital, outpatient, retail, and naturopathic care, with a specialization in pediatrics and patient safety.
With 18 years of expertise, Dr. Robertson is passionate about leveraging analytics, advanced technology, and tailored treatments to achieve transformative patient outcomes. This dedication led to the creation of Matrix Biologics, a venture aimed at revolutionizing patient care and enhancing quality of life through innovative healthcare solutions.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Kristina is deeply experienced in creating efficient systems and business strategies, building teams, logistics, patient experience, and startup operations with a focus on operational excellence and scalability—key strengths that set Matrix Biologics apart in a competitive market.
Prior to joining Matrix Biologics, Kristina honed her leadership skills at Discovery Land Co, a world-renowned golf course development company. She also served as General Manager at The Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center, overseeing a large team and managing operations, while cultivating strong community partnerships. Her previous operational role at Body Systems, a nutrition and fitness coaching company, further developed her expertise in online system implementation, business growth, project management and team leadership.
