With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in wealth management, national sales, and business development, Jerry has built a distinguished career centered on relationships, integrity, and long-term impact. He was one of the youngest Senior Executives and Senior Vice President, Head of National Accounts at AIG SunAmerica and later served as Executive Director within Wealth Management at both UBS and Morgan Stanley, specializing in retirement solutions and multigenerational legacy planning. His expertise earned him national recognition, including being featured on the cover of Research Magazine as one of the nation’s leading retirement planning specialists.

A graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in International Relations and Business, Jerry’s leadership philosophy extends far beyond professional success. He believes deeply that our true legacy is defined by the lives we touch and the impact we leave behind: “In the end, all you have left in life is what you give away.”

For more than 25 years, Jerry has devoted his time to coaching with Westside Special Olympics and the Boys & Girls Club, experiences that have profoundly shaped his heart for service and advocacy. Personal experiences within the healthcare system further ignited his passion to transform traditional care, elevate standards of excellence, and deliver trusted outcomes not only for patients, but also for their families and communities. Jerry currently serves as a director for the Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels Foundation.

His work spans medicine, public health, healthcare leadership, and innovation. At Matrix, he collaborates with the leadership team on scientific strategy, provider education, and research initiatives to advance regenerative medicine with scientific integrity and a patient-first approach.

A nationally recognized innovator, Dr. Buckler serves as the U.S. expert representative through ANSI on the International Organization for Standardization Technical Committee 304. His work has advanced research in precision medicine, artificial intelligence, and exosome science.

As Chief Innovation Officer and co-founder of Nocira, he has contributed to multiple patented technologies and supported more than 155,000 patient interactions focused on complex neurological and pain conditions. At Matrix, he advises on scientific innovation, emerging technologies, and responsible advancement.

Doug is the Owner and CEO of Athletic Integrative Medicine, a national distributor and consultancy based in California. He holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and has a background in Athletic Training and Performance Enhancement.

Through AIM and his advisory role with Matrix, Doug focuses on safe, effective, outcome-oriented peptide and regenerative solutions. He helps physicians navigate the evolving regenerative landscape with vetted, clinically relevant, and compliance-conscious resources.

Liz is an accomplished entrepreneur and growth strategist, as well as the founder of Katsu and Trifecta. She is best known for building Trifecta from a startup with no revenue into a $100 million company, leading its operations, partnerships, marketing strategy, and market expansion.

She now works alongside founders to accelerate growth through strategic partnerships, innovative marketing, and scalable business strategies. Her perspective supports Matrix as it expands its healthcare ecosystem and builds a high-impact organization positioned for long-term growth.
