She is recognized for bridging clinical excellence with innovation, helping organizations improve patient safety, operational performance, and care delivery models.
As a Clinical Informaticist, Dr. Robertson plays a key role at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, leading systems and solutions initiatives that support business growth while advancing medication safety and quality outcomes. Her work centers on designing safer, smarter healthcare systems that protect and improve the lives of patients.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She completed a pediatric-focused residency at Rady Children’s Hospital with specialization in medication safety, reinforcing her commitment to protecting vulnerable populations.
Dr. Robertson’s experience spans hospital, outpatient, retail, and integrative care settings, giving her a uniquely broad perspective on healthcare delivery. She is particularly passionate about leveraging data analytics, emerging technologies, and personalized therapeutic approaches to drive measurable improvements in outcomes.

Erin Keyes
Chief Technology and Provider Excellence Officer
Erin Keyes currently holds the distinguished role of Chief Technology & Provider Excellence Officer, bringing a rare combination of scientific depth, healthcare technology strategy, and operational leadership to Matrix Biologics.
Keyes is a healthcare technology strategist and operational expert with a foundation in molecular biology. She began her career in benchtop human physiology research at the University of Michigan, then earned both her Master of Public Health (MPH) and MBA from Emory University, with a focus on translational research and epidemiological frameworks for responsibly bringing new interventions to market.
She worked with the CDC, FDA, CIA, Department of Defense, and other federal agencies as a fellow, senior researcher, and consultant through Deloitte, where she was first exposed to bioregulators and peptides in a bioterrorism and national preparedness context, shaping her lifelong commitment to safety, rigor, and responsible innovation.
Keyes later transitioned into startups, founding, scaling, and acquiring healthcare delivery and technology-enabled clinical organizations centered on operational excellence and next-generation care models. She has guided multiple organizations through funding and acquisition, with particular expertise in integrating digital platforms, AI-enabled tools, and emerging clinical technologies into scalable, compliant healthcare operations.
Most recently, Erin founded a consulting firm partnering with providers, clinics, suppliers, training institutes, and technology companies to advance regenerative care and cellular medicine. Over the past five years, her work has focused extensively on peptides, biologics, and emerging molecules, including the development of elite clinical protocols, provider education, gray-zone compliance navigation, and operational optimization across brick-and-mortar clinics, telehealth platforms, compound pharmacies, and research organizations.
